Fantastic. Fast, fresh ingredients, cordial staff. Love this place. Cookies are OK ... No room for them after the subs and yummy chips, lol! This store is managed to perfection. All staff is nice and willing to help.

My boyfriend and I both got food poisoning after subs from this location. We did not get the same type of sandwich but both of ours did have bacon, so maybe it was that ingredient. All I know is we were both needing puke buckets for a day and a half and was really dizzy. I tried calling management and corporate but got no real responses. Call me crazy but when your food is making people sick I just figured you would want to know about it.

How loud does the music have to be. My wife and I resorted to lip reading today. Music nearly painful to the ears. Also, as someone who eats here once a year, you're really treated like dirt for not knowing the process. Food was decent, hit peppers were a bit past their prime. Still an expensive sandwich. I'll be back next year.

Hair in food. I havent been here in a couple years because of poor service I encountered when they screwed up my order. Decided to give it a shot since my son wanted a turkey sandwich. Opened up his sandwich to check the toppings and found a hair right in the middle of it. At least the service was better than last time. They were very apologetic and offered several solutions.

The delivery here truly is freaky fast. I placed an order during a literal torrential downpour and got my sandwich in less than ten minutes. The beach club I ordered was delicious as always. They don't skimp on their ingredients, and everything always tastes fresh. I will definitely be ordering again soon!

If you order from these guys you better have your shoes tied because, trust me, their going to knock your socks off. Between the insanely fast delivery, the gourmet sub, and the charming staff (especially the delivery guy with the black corolla) this place is the tops.

Worst customer service ever!! Honestly if it wasn't for the soft bread, no one would ever eat here. It's over priced and under delivered. . And this location has the most useless staff imaginable... Don't dare ask for any condiments on the side. They act as if your robbing the place. Crap hole..

I've occasionally ordered from these guys since they opened - somewhere around 10 times. Generally, the sandwiches are speedily and well-made. The restaurant is clean, the music is upbeat and loud, the signs on the wall bring a smile, and the sandwiches are cold and fresh. They do not skimp on the toppings! Try an un-wich: a sub wrapped with lettuce rather than bread. The un-wich isn't my favorite, but it is definitely an interesting experience to try. Once, the guacamole tasted like the avocados used weren't ripe yet. They quickly made me another sandwich which was up to par. There's much to be said about a business which makes sure the correct their mistakes: every business makes them once in a while, but not every business corrects the problem with speed and tact. Overall, this location is excellent for Jimmy John's and sub shops in general. I'll be coming back here over and over again.

Large improvement in recent months. Because I simply can't stay away, I ordered a JJ delivery again about a month ago. The service was accurate and timely. This week, I placed another order and was met with the same success. I do not know to whom I should credit this change but I'm happy that my local Jimmy Johns is back on the map.

used to work here back in 2003. great manager and also guy i worked with i wish i knew his name but he made work fun to go to! i never ate their food after i worked there but while i was there they had the best bread!!i also did a few delivery jobs for them which we were fast !
